It was such a pleasure to meet you when you came out to do the estimate for my home.  I instantly felt your warmth and integrity when you walked into my home.  I thank you for not putting me through a long drawn out boring sales pitch.  I didn't feel pressured to sign the contract you stood by your price and the quality of the work your company performs.  They day I received the call from your foreman that my windows were in I was elated.  The other company had told me it was going to take 4 to 6 weeks it only took you guys 3 weeks.WOW!!!  We made the appointment and he told me that he would be at my home at 8:00 he was there at 7:55 (talk about punctual).  He introduced himself and they got right to work.  They were so efficient and fast.  I thought that this was going to be an all day affair since I had 14 windows to be installed 5 of which were oversized, but, by 1PM they were in the basement and they cleaned as they went along.  With the exception of having to put my window treatments back up and things that were in front of the window back in order, you would have never known that they were there.  They even assisted in removing an alarm sensor that I didn't have a screwdriver small enough to remove it.  THEY WERE THE BEST!!!  Your company is AWESOME!!!  I look forward to using your company in the near future as I look to replace my front door.  The sunrooms aren't bad either.  You have a fan for life and whenever I know someone that is in the market for the services you provide I plan on referring them.  I pray that God continues to bless your company and enlarge your territory!!!  Many thanks.

Did I tell you the village has asked us to include our home on an open-house tour next
June?  There will be a modest fee that goes to charity.  The idea is to showcase what
can be done with older homes in Columbia.  We feel honored and it's because of the

Integrity was one of the potential contractors we interviewed prior to selecting the one to re-do our Crofton House.   We were immediately impressed when Danny (the owner) spent several hours going over every aspect  of the job including -inspecting our attic,  displaying shingle types and their characteristics, types of glass for our new windows and options for the new doors.  Overall, it was almost too much, but we came away feeling that Integrity was our best choice.  We did listen to presentations by other contractors but none matched the one from Integrity.  
 
We signed a contract for Integrity to install a new roof, new windows, siding and two outside doors.  The crews that Danny used were very professional, did the work on time, met all standards and importantly cleaned up each night.  My wife and I were very impressed.  Danny stopped by at different times while the work progressed to ensure it was being done right and that we were happy.

When our roof started leaking we were very concerned.  We were only home for a few days while cruising along the US east coast to the Bahamas.  To put it mildly, having to solicit roofing bids and contract for roof repair was not what we wanted to focus on right now.  It couldn't have happened at a worse time.  But, the roof was leaking so action was needed.

I interviewed eight contractors and found a great variety of quality and competence in their responses.  It was only when I met you and you took the time to study the job and explain to me what needed to be done, the pro's/con's of different alternatives, etc that I finally felt comfortable.

The heavy rains came and so did the water stains on the ceiling and the drip, drip, drip.   My coping skills were overstretched with family illness and I wasn't sure why God sent another trial at that time.   It was August 2006 and the temperature in our attic was stifling.   That didn't stop Jeff from Integrity from crawling around in our attic to find the source of the devastation.   He assessed the situation, researched availability of matching shingles and then laid out our options for repair or replacement.  We opted for the new roof with architectural shingles.  The day the crew arrived was a blessing.  They were professional, installed the roof and left the property clean as if nothing happened.  The best part was that they completed the installation before it rained heavily the next day.  My husband and I are so glad we chose Integrity.  Neighbors complimented us on the new roof and we haven't had a single problem with the roof since.   If only everyone was that professional!

As any other home owner, I was very concerned about who I should hire to replace a patio door and do repair work on the windows of my home in September 2007.  Ever since previously replacing the windows, I have had leak problems.  A contractor who replaced the siding and roofing was unable to fix the leak problems.  A painting contractor was also unable to fix the leak problems.  Even attempts by myself were not totally successful and I decided I needed some real professionals.  After much searching, I decided go with Danny Peterson, Owner of Integrity Windows, Siding, Roofing & Doors.  He assigned Donald Fontaine, Crew Chief, to do all the work.  I have been completely satisfied with the way he worked and especially when he returned when I found a leak that hadn't been stopped.  Their apparent commitment to their Golden Rule Motto: 'Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!' is real.

The windows in my home were in horrible condition and I decided that I needed to replace them.  I looked in the Yellow Pages, asked friends and relatives and came up with Long and Foster.  I had them to come out to the house and do an estimate. WOW - I couldn't use them because they were unaffordable, and very unreasonable with their asking prices.  I decided to put it in God's hands and pray and ask the Lord to let my windows last me until I can afford to get them fixed. At church one Sunday, I came across a Christian Shepherd Guide with Home Improvements in it. So I started to look for window installation and for some reason Integrity Windows stood out to me.  As I started to read the Q and A about the company I saw that your company stands by its work. So now I was feeling more and more like my prayers were being answered by the lord and I gave you a call and you come out the very next day.  You were so pleasant, kind and helpful and you answered every last question I had and let me know additional information that I had not known about energy savings!!! 

When your workers started the project - they too were very courteous and always on time - if not early. They did an excellent job and they even cleaned up and removed all the old materials from my home. I've spent most of the past 7 years totally renovating and rebuilding a 1937 Cape Cod house here in Deale, Maryland.  Being retired and on a fixed income, I couldn't afford a general contractor and had to select, choose and "manage" a variety of subcontractors to do the electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, etc.  Some were good, some were bad and some were very bad. Integrity Roofing didn't fit any of those categories...they earned a spot by themselves in the category of "Outstanding".  I hired Integrity to replace the shingle roof on my Cape Cod and to install a new shingle roof on my new detached two story garage.  Everything about their operation was professional, honest and above board.  The materials showed up when they were supposed to with their delivery person working miracles getting the shingles atop each structure.  The roof slope of the house was relatively safe but the garage needed mountain climbers to work there.
A labor workforce of about 7 guys showed up on time and began to remove the old shingles some of which were four layers thick.  I am 62 years old and in my entire life have never seen a crew whose entire labor force worked so hard and so effectively.  The work was done in less than three days time and the crew cleaned up not only the mess they made but left my entire yard cleaner than I had ever seen it.  Every member was courteous and respectful of both my property and me.  Every time one of my neighbors compliments me on my home and especially the roofing job, I tell them that Integrity were the ones who transformed my house into a home...sounds corney I know but it is the way I feel.  I recommend them to anyone who wants the best materials, workmanship, courteous service and good price in getting any roofing work done.

I am sorry this comes so late, but I have been out of town and also had visitors here from France.   

But this won't prevent me from putting in a good word for Integrity which is a company one can rely on.  They stand  behind their work until the job is done right.  Which in my case was leaking windows, which can be frightening when it rains buckets and you don't know from where the water is coming in.  A quick call or letter brought prompt results.  After several tries, they found the problem and now no more leaking windows.  I recommend Integrity for their integrity.

The fall of 2007 we had all 8 windows in our house replaced by Integrity Windows and Siding.  This company had been recommended to us by a friend that attends the same church as the owner, Danny Peterson.  Jeff Leach from Integrity Windows came to our home to show us window choices.  He was very polite and courteous.  One of the windows did not fit properly, and Integrity Windows replaced the window and entire frame at their expense to make sure the window fit properly, and that we were satisfied.  Each workman that came to the house was well-mannered and polite.  Throughout this entire process, Jeff kept in contact with us to let us know when the workmen would return to our home and to make certain we were happy with the results.  We will definitely contact them if we want to make further improvements on our home.

There might be those who say I committed the cardinal sin of home improvements in that after meeting with you and being impressed with you personally, I did not bother to get a competing estimate. I have no idea where you may have stood as far as price in the great estimate game. Your crew showed up on time, kept to the 3 day schedule, worked quickly, and kept the property clean during and after the work.
