I have been in the home improvement field as a salesman, designer, buyer, manager, and technician for many years. I was a licensed plumber in the past and I had numerous other industry trainings and certifications. I have been working with Integrity Home Pro for several years, my day involves working with customers to plan and execute their repair and remodel projects. I like my job because I am allowed and required to work to the highest standards of quality.
During my spare time I like to read, run, paintball, historical re-enactment, build computers and electronics, and camp out.
A couple shutters became unhinged and some siding on the gable went missing from Clay's house after an unseasonablly harsh storm that blew through Coumbia, MD. Clay wasn't crazy about crawling up on an extension ladder to make the necessary repairs, so he called Integrity Home Pro to help out. Integrity scheduled an appointment within a couple of days to come out to Clay's home, assess the damage, and write up a no-obligation, free estimate on the work that he wanted done.
It was a good price, and like we said, Clay wasn't crazy about... Well, he wasn't 'crazy,' period! - (which is why he couldn't see himself balancing tools and materials on an extension ladder two stories up) -
Let Integrity Home Pro do the 'crazy' for you! Our team is licensed and insured, and happy to do the balancing on ladders, steep roofs, or wherever else you may need to remodel or repair your home. That is why we exist - to keep you safe, happy, and make your home comfortable and beautiful for you and your family!
While Integrity Home Pro was doing some interior remodeling work, Jeff and Barbara began making a list of exterior work that they would like to have done as well. One repair problem that needed attention was a severly damaged gable vent that left their attic exposed to the elements even though the screen behind the gable vent was still intact. Aside from driven rain being a problem, it was also an eyesore.
In short order, Integrity was able to repair the surrounding siding and install the new gable. It wasn't a large scale job, but it needed to be attended to before the exposed area was further damaged. Let Integrity Home Pro help you by taking care of the list of home repair projects that you have been putting off before a little project turns into a large repair project.
In Annapolis, MD, Scott's roof was leaking into the attic, rotting the wood decking and making the attic insulation damp. He looked for a contractor on Angie's List. He noticed the highly rated reviews received by Integrity Home Pro and gave them a call.
Integrity Specialist Ben came out to inspect the problem, which was an improperly installed roof-mounted attic fan. Ben recommended the fan be removed, the rotted decking replaced, and reshingling the area to blend with the rest of the roof.
Ben was able to find a close match for the existing (discontinued color) Timberline "Weathered Wood" shingles that were on the rest of the roof. In Ben's opinion, the rest of the roof was in good condition and so a full-roof replacement would be an unnecessary expense. Integrity Crew Chief Tracy came with his team to make the repairs. The job was completed correctly in short order, and Scott was happy.

David and Susan wanted to remove a leaking attic fan and have their roof patched over with matching shingles. Ben met with the couple, inspected and made his recommendations then gave them a free estimate. Integrity took the fan out, replaced the plywood, covered it in metal flashing, waterproofed sealed, and finally laid the new shingles to ensure the roof was able to withstand weight and weather. It was a small job, but even small jobs must be done by someone who knows what they are doing. Call Integrity Home Pro to take the worry out of your roof repair needs!
Fred and Linda wanted to capitalize on their walk-out basement by turning it into usable living space. They talked to Integrity Home Pro expert, Ben Curtis, who listened to their needs, made some suggestions, then based on their choices, gave them a free estimate to have the work done. The work was accomplished in short order by our experienced team. The Before photo shows the concrete slab floor being covered with the subfloor plywood on which to anchor the hardwood flooring.
