Too many contractors fail to provide detailed pricing and bid specifications. Many people are unaware that there are varying levels of job bid specifications. Most contractors provide No written bid or a price on the back of a business card. At a minimum, you should require the scope of work type of materials to be used.
All Integrity Home Pro proposals are specific to the scope of the work and include the brand of materials selected for the job. The time-frame to complete the work and progress payments for each portion of the job is always noted. We are also crystal clear about all our guarantees and warranties.

Many unethical contractors use the proposal process as an opportunity to engage in high-pressure sales tactics to get you to buy before you’ve had an opportunity to get to know the contractor, their record, and whether they have given you a fair price.
All Integrity Home Pro’s Sales Associates sign a “Zero Sales Pressure Agreement” that is also signed by our owner to pledge that they will handle sales situations in a respectful way. Ask your Sales Associate to see a copy of his signed agreement when he comes into your home.
