We sincerely could not be happier! From start (estimate) to finish (clean up and follow-ups) have been truly amazing. You understood the individual situation and everything went smoothly.
Call Representative:
Elise’s communication was fantastic. Always friendly and polite and completed all necessary documentation without hesitation. It was always a pleasure to deal with Elise either by phone or email.
Sales Process:
Jeff Coates is great. Fully capable of answering any questions we had and explained materials and processes thoroughly. Jeff was always accessible by phone and email which was always reassuring.
Our Installation Crew:
The installation crew was very professional and polite. It was very obvious that the installation crew took pride in their work. The work was completed with the level of details as if it were their own house. This definitely is a reflection of their own work ethic as well as Integrity. I was most impressed with how they did the finish work around all the electrical/cable/phone wires that are on the back of the house. It looked terrible before the crew removed the old and installed the new siding. When they were finished with the new siding and reattaching all the wires and boxes it was immaculate. We were very impressed!
The Cleanup Process:
The crew did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. I have zero complaints.
