Challenge

Gail, in Dunkirk, MD had an extensive list of remodeling projects she wanted completed in her home, including a kitchen update, an enclosed and separate laundry area, and a new full bathroom near the laundry and kitchen area. She also needed several entry doors replaced and a passage door to the living room, passage door framed in for the laundry area, and exterior doors for the garage made. Gail wanted to move forward on her home improvement projects, so she contacted Integrity Home Pro for project estimates. Solution

The Integrity Team communicated daily with Gail about the progress of the work, what to expect, and answered her concerns and questions.

First, they gutted the kitchen and prepared the area for the new installations: recessed lighting, pendant lighting, a new double casement window and trim, and trimmed the triple casement and bay windows.Next, they installed new hardwood flooring. The kitchen area was finished with new paint, the installation of the custom cabinets, a kitchen island, and white granite countertops. Finally, stainless kitchen appliances were installed.

Next, the Integrity team began framing the new bathroom and mudroom in the garage. They installed the porcelain tile flooring, custom shower with a pony wall and bench, painted the walls, and installed a vanity with marble counter top and under mounted sink. A sliding passage door was added to the laundry room, and drywall was finished, painted and white cabinets similar to the bathroom vanity were installed along with a sink, washer and dryer.

With the project list completed, Gail was very happy with the look, functionality, and increased value of her new kitchen and bathroom. She appreciated the Integrity team’s high-quality workmanship and daily clean up process – They took care of her home ‘as if it were their own.’
