Challenge

A homeowner in Crofton, MD was in need of a new kitchen renovation. His original kitchen was outdated: the finish on the cabinets and drawers were chipped and worn, the appliances were old, and the floors had seen better days. The kitchen contained two entries: one next to the refrigerator and the other by the sink. Solution

The Integrity team first gutted the original kitchen and demo-ed the wall separating the kitchen, dining room, and living areas. A center kitchen island was built, and the floors were replaced with hardwood flooring. Ample recessed lighting was installed, and, additionally, 3 pendant lights above the sink area. New paint, counter tops, cabinetry and appliances completed the renovation.
