Isaac and Sheila’s charming gray brick bungalow needed some TLC… a new roof, gutters, and siding would improve the curb appeal as well as give their home some much-needed weather protection.

Once they signed the contract, it was time for them to sit back and relax. Raul and his team were on the job to tear off and haul away the old roof, repair the damaged and rotted underlayment, and finally, install a full reshingle job including ice shields, GAF Timberline shingles, gutters, and gutter guards while Jae’s Crew moved in to install the new siding.

Less than a month after the contract was first signed, Isaac and Sheila were able to stand back and admire their newly appointed bungalow.
