Remodeling Photo Album: New Staircase, Railing, and Flooring in Annapolis, MD

Mark and Kelly were remodeling their Annapolis, MD home. Integrity Home Pro Design Specialist, Danny, met with Mark and Kelly to give them free estimates on their various remodeling projects and advise on the stages and process in which they needed to be completed.
Integrity Crew Chief Shawn and his team worked on replacing the living room and stairway carpeting with hardwood flooring. and replacing the quarry tile flooring in the kitchen, powder room, and laundry room with the same hard wood flooring. Additionally, the railing and spindles that were attached to stair stringers were going to be replaced with an oak open tread staircase.
Installing a stairway and railing is a science – a job best left to skilled craftsmen – Shawn and his crew did not disappoint in their attention to the custom detailing and quality craftsmanship that this work demands.
