Rick and Carol had a large kitchen, but it was both dated and did not use the large space efficiently. They wanted a complete make-over that included moving windows, plumbing, adding more electrical, new flooring, an arched doorway, and of course, cupboards, countertops, and paint. Their friends recommended they talk with Integrity Home Pro, so they made an appointment for Integrity Remodeling Specialists, Danny and Jerry, to visit them in their home. They had quite a few ideas, but the ideas needed to be organized visually so that the estimate and design were understood by everyone involved. Good Communication with your Contractor is important.
After several meetings and meticulous measuring and note taking the Integrity Specialists provided perspective renderings to illustrate Rick and Carol’s dream and a firm, written cost estimate. Their kitchen was in the process of becoming a reality and Rick and Carol were ready to move forward with the plan.
Demolition Day was next. Enter Donaldo and Kevin with their crews. Site cleanup was a daily event, and the Integrity team made protecting the other areas a priority by hanging plastic to keep the dust confined.
Progress included removing, moving and framing new windows, tearing out old cabinets, and replacing them.
