Patty's hall bathroom needed updating. She purchased some floor tile that she especially liked, and then went searching for a contractor who would give her an estimate on the work, but use the materials she'd already purchased. Additionally, she liked the tub she had but wanted the plumbing updated and different shower wall tile. She wanted the bathroom demoed, but the medicine cabinet saved... the electric, fan, and light fixtures updated, and the vanity and sink she'd purchased to replace the ones in the bathroom.
Enter Integrity Home Pro Specialist Danny, who was able to give her an estimate on the work she wanted to be done, and willing to use the supplies she had fallen in love with and pre-purchased.
In a short time, the bathroom was transformed from dated to modern and sophisticated. Patty was pleased with the finished bath, and of course, Integrity was pleased because our goal is to make sure our clients are happy. A win-win situation!
Lisa in Rockville, MD decided that it was about time she had her bathroom remodeled. Our crew took on this project with diligence and determination, to make sure that we kept Lisa happy and satisfied throughout the entire process. Our workers got rid of the old bathroom and began working on the new installations. They replaced her floors, vanity area, toilet, and shower area. They also painted her walls and it went along perfectly with the design of her bathroom. Our workers did an incredible job and Lisa was very happy with the results.
The Pergula Entryway in front of Stephen and Julie's home in Bethesday, MD, needed restoration. Because they had previously used Integrity Home Pro for some projects on their home, they called Danny for an estimate and were ready to move forward with the project immediately.
Integrity Crew Chief Stacy and his team began by removing the Pergula slats, replacing them with white AZEK panels to beams, adhere tapered insualtion and adhere white TPO roofing membrane, move an electrical outlet, bleach and clean the existing Pergula, and then paint it white.
The Before and After Pictures say it all - the Pergula was restored and looked new, no more leaks - Stephen and Julie were pleased, and ready to hand over another home repair project to Integrity Home Pro!
No sooner did Integrity Home Pro finish one Home Repair than they were shown the next project on Stephen and Julie's Home Repair Wish List. The problem was their second story deck was no longer water tight so the room underneath had ceiling water damage.
Integrity Home Pro Crew Chief Tracy and his team to the rescue! A new metal drip edge was fabricated, attached, and sealed to the outside scupper edge. The deck and cedar shingles were removed from around the scupper locations, and a metal sleeve was installed through the scupper with flashing and sealing the metal sleeve. The resurfaced treated decking was re-installed, and then, finally, the cedar shingles installed to finish the project. Inside, the water damaged ceiling was repaired and painted.
Again, Stephen and Julie were happy with the results, happy that the Integrity team not only did excellent work which they guarantee, but also cleaned up and hauled all debris away, leaving the worksite spotless and ready for the family to enjoy.
